, Vienna! Dec. 14. The Bulgarian deputation, which is now in this city waiting on Prince; Ferdinand Saxe-Ooburg, yesterday offered him the crowd ot Bulgaria. Prince Ferdinand stated that before giving a; reply to the deputation he would consult the Emperor Francis Joseph, He*, however, expressed the belief that both tlieEmperdr of Austria and the Czar of Rntaia' would approve of his occupying the throne: : 1 !; St. Petersburg, Dec. 15. 7 . The Official Messenger to-day pub-! lisbes an article rebuking the Russian people for the snli-Uerman feelingthey have I manifested in common interests. 1 It declares tbit in connection with Hugsia and Germany Russia’ will respect the special interests of Germany, and is assured that Germany will respect the''Russian interest in' Bulgaria..: A hope is expressed! that German influence will be solely directed for the maintenance of peace, which the Czar and Russian people earnestly desire, Dec. 16. It is thought probable that the Russian Government will object to Prince Ferdinand Saxa-Coburg accepting the throne of Bulgaria.
