"AGE SPECIALS."

LoKDOK Sept. 23. In deference to the wish of Ruisia the Begenoy of Bulgaria has deferred the elections in connection with the National Assembly, and postponed the trial of Colonel Grueff and other officers concerned in the recent revolt and deposition of Prince Alexander. It is considered improbable that the Prince will be re-elected to the rulership of Bulgaria. It »'. stated that do Russian candidate will be appointed to the vacant position unless agreeable to tbe other Powers. Sept. 25. Great efforts have been made with a view to indnoing the Prinoe of Wales to allow his son * Prince Albert Viotor to attend the Jubilee Exhibition in Adelaide. The efforts have failed. It now stands that the Queen has commanded that the whole of tbe members of the Royal Family and those included within the August Circle shall remain in England during the celebration to be held in connection with the jubilee of Her Majesty's reign. A further shipment, the third of 1500 Russians, ostensibly emigrants, but who are supposed to be soldiers in disguise, has been made from Yltdiosftook. The destination ia not known, but the supposition has been put forward that they are designed for service in connection with reported Russian occupation of Port Lazaroff, in Corea, though the las•ian Press has repudiated any intention on the part of that Power to occupy the position in question. The mysterious tactics of Russia are causing a growing feeling of uneasiness in Austria.
