HAWKESBURT AUTUMN MEETING. Sydney, April 15. The first day's racing of the lltwkcsbury Racing Club’s Autumn meeting took place to-day. The weather was dull, and the attendance of the public, under the circumstances, was considered good, The principal events resulted as follow : Hawkesbobt Stakes Handicap ; six furlongs. Keith I Fraud 2 Nineteen horses started. Keith beat Fraud by a length; third horse hot placed. Time—l min 15sec. Cl a bet Stakes ; five furlongs. Acme ; ... 1 Chesam 2 Tamarick 8 Six horses started. Acme won by two lengths. Time—lmin I^secs. — HUTT RACES. At the Hutt races (Wellington) yesterday the weather was fine, but there was a small attendance. Petone Stakes.
