Judgment by confession for amount claimed. E. fJ. Pearpoint y. A. claim L 4 13551, Judgment by default for plaintiff for amount claimed, The case of R. H. Pearpoint v. J. Bull, claim L 8 10*, adjourned from last Court day, was settled out of Court. This being all the business the Court roe® !
