S lßr _What have the late Licensing Bench done that they should be put on one side to make room for Messrs Walker, Slack and Tripp I—gentlemen who do not put themselves out of the way whether they are elected or not. I think that it is an insult to the late Bench. From personal knowledge of the way they conducted business. I fail to sea how they are to improve on the late Bench. As they live about ten miles apart, and they are wanted from lime to time to sign transfers, I think that it i# an insult to the inhabitants of the township that a Bench could not be chosen from their number,—l am, etc., An Elector.
