THE EASTERN CRISIS.
London, Jan. 25. The European Powers, acting upon the proposals of Russia, have agreed to take collective action of a more stringent nature to compel Greece and the Balkan States to reduce their armament to a peace footing, Jan. 25. The representatives of the European Powers have issued a collective uote to Greece, stating that if she is obdurate and persists .in her demands the combined fleet will be immediately despatched to Greek waters, M. Delannis, the Greek Premier, refuses to yield, and the Greek fleet sailed at daybreak to-day under sealed orders. The Powers, especially Germany, are supporting England in the stand she has taken against Greece, Sofia, Jan. 25. M. Tsanoff, the Bulgarian Minister of Foreign Affairs, has left for Conataiuinople, in order to negotiate in favor of the union of Bulgaria and Rouraelia. It is announced that Prince Alexander has received a letter from the Czar of Russia in reference to the difficulty in the Balkan States, The communication is stated to be couched in courteous terms.
