ENGLISH AND FOREIGN. London, Dec. 21. A dispute has arisen between the members of the Anglo-Russian Afghan Frontier Commission relative to the control of certain pasturages on tlie proposed frontier. Five vacant dates have been virtually lost on account of the indecision in sending Home a team. The matches against All-England and the Manchester Gentlemen will be played at Lords. The Australians are to receive half of the gross gate money.
