Sofia, Dec. 6. Prince Alexander has promised to forward a final reply to the Servian proposals within thirty hours of the present time. Londok, Dtc. 7. It is announced that the Great Powers have intervened between Set via and Bulgaria, and insist on the conclusion of an armistice between the two countries. CONSTANTINOPLE, Dec. 7. Yielding to the counsels of Prince Alexander of Bulgaria and Sir William White, British Ambassador here, the Porte has recalled two delegates recently despatched to Philippopolis. It has also been decidtdi that Djevet Pasha, who was appointed Governor of Roumelis, shall return to Constantinople tor the present.
