THE EASTERN CRISIS.
Belgrade, Nor. 14. / War has been formally declared bj Servia against Bulgaria, and Servian iroops have crossed the Ifrabrod and are now advancing upon Sofia, the Bui-' garian capital, under King Milan, who has issued a proclamation, assigning ns his grounds for the invasion the violation by Prince Alexander of the Treaty of Berlin and consequent provocation. Sofia, Nov, 14. Prince Alexander, in an order of the day issued to the Bulgarian army, de nounces the Servian invasion as cowardly and treacherous, and calls upon Bulgarian subjects to defend their homes and annihilate their invaders. Later intelligence states that some sharp skirmishing has occurred between the Bulgarians and Servians, several men being killed and a good number wounded. The Bulgarians bad rather the worst of it, and are reported to be retiring. London, Not. 14. Three divisions of the Servian army are advancing on Sofia, the capital ct Bulgaria, under the command of King Milan. The King has commenced an unprovoked attack against the Bulgarians, which it is alleged will be accepted as causus belli. • '
