The following is a list of the private prizes offered at the late Show, and the nanifs of the respective winners : The business men of Timarn'* Challenge Cup of 50 guineas, for the largest prizetaker in breeding stock, cattle, and horses.—The N.Z. and A. Land Corapanv, Limited. Mr (i. H. Rhodes' priai of 5 guineas, for the best pen of fat lambs fit for butchers' purposes.—A. Grant. Mr G. H. Rhodes' Cup of LlO, for the best horse that h&n hunted with any recognised pack.— K. S. Rutherford. Mr D. McLaren's (President) prix* of 5 guineas, for the largest prizetaker in draught horses.—R. Davie. Mr Andrew Grant's prize of L2, for the best collie sheep dog on the ground. —D. McDonald. Mr J. W. Rutherford's prise of 5 guineas, for the best jumper oyer two flights hurdles, 3ft 6in high, for horses that have never been hunted or raced.— J. I. fteid. Mr J. Ballantjne's prize of 3 guinea", for the largest prizetaker in butter class«s.—Mr- D'twe.
