Sydney, Aug. 21. To-day's market showed an increase of Id on last wetde's quotations for oats and maize, and potatoes have further advanced 10s per ton. New Zealand wheat is worth 3s per bushel. New Zealand oats are now worth 2-j 3d per bushel, and maize 3s 2d. Sugar Company's No. 1 pieces are quoted at £26 per ton, pollard at Is per bushel, and potatoes at £3 15s per ton. Adelaide, Aug. 21. Shipping wheat is quiet at 3s 10d to 3s lid per bushel ; Adelaide town flour, £6 12s 6d to £9 per ton ; country do, £7 lbs to £B. ENGLISH MARKETS. London, Aug. 21. The price for Adelaide wheat, ex store, remains at 34s ; off coast cargoes are quoted at 34s (an advance of sixpence) per 4961 b. Adelaide flour, ex store, is unaltered at 25s 6', and New Zealand wheat, ex store, is at 28* to 34s ; do, off-coast, 31s 6>l. The total quantity of wheat afloat for the United Kingdom is 1,800,000 quarters, or 40,000 quarters less than last week. Tallow—Best Australian beef, average price, 27s ; mutton, 29s per cwt, Best skins, Australian leather, ]ld per lb.
