London, August 12. It is announced that Sir Chas. Dilke will shortly marry the widow of the late Rev. Mark Pattison. Berlin, Aug. 15. The Telegraphic Conference now sitting here have agreed to a reduction of 2s 6d per word on the present rate charged for public cable messages.
