The poundkeeper, Geraldine, publishes particulars of mare and foal impounded on 14th met. Mr Isaac XJden notifies that he has found a black sheep dog (white Stripe on breait), which the owner can obtain by paying expenses. Thos. Currie, of Waitohi Hat, laborer, has been adjudicated a bankrupt. The first meeting of his creditors takes place on the 27th May. Mr W. Shiers advertises to let by tender 150 acres of land for fife years (with or without purchasing clause) 3 miles from the Orari Eailway station. The Temuka Poundkeeper notifies the impounding of a bay half-draught mare and a bay draught mare. Particulars will be found in the advertisement. Mr J. Tangney, bootmaker, Temuka, notifies that all accounts due to him must be paid to himself or Mr J. Ashwell before the end of May, or they will be sued for. On Saturday next Mr K. F. Gray will sell a quantity of household furniture (seized under distraint for rent) at the Crown Hotel, and at the Temperance Hall, opposite the Temuka Hotel.
