ANGLO-RUSSIAN DIFFICULTY.

St. Petersburg, April 23. The eemi-official Journal De Petersburg, in an article on the Afghan question to-day, expresses a conviction that General Lumsdeu's report to the British Government of the recent fighting was derived from Afghan sources.
