SUPPOSED DYNAMITE EXPLOSION.

London, April 22. A further explosion it is supposed has been caused by dynamite. It occurred at Whitehall this afternoon. The scene of the outrage was the offices of the Under-Secretary to the Admiralty, F. E. Swainson. The explosion was of an alarming nature, add Swainson, who was in the office at the time, sustained severe injuries. The police are actively eDgaged in tracing the perpetrators.
