Banebtjpt Estates.—ln dealing with some bankruptcy cases in Chambers in Auckland on Thursday morning last, Judge Gillies expressed the opinion in a case where the assets were trifling.the debtor's solicitor should not be ullowed full costs. The estate under his notice at the time could not pay a halfpenny in the £, and to grant the debtor's solicitor's full costs would be to sweep away moie than one-third of the assets. Under the circumstances he thought five guineas quite sufficient.
