Norman MoKenzie, from Ohinemutu, has been arrested in Auckland, for an indecent assault on a child named Margaret Burley. He had been drinking and knocking down his money. At the Wanganui Police Court on Saturday, four natives were charged with obstructing the police in the execution of their duty. The police were arresting -.
