ENGLISH MARKETS. London, Jane 22. At tbe wool sale tv-day 8500 bales were offered, and the market continued steady but inactive. Since the opening of the series 31,350 bales have been withdrawn. Up to date 310,000 bales have been sold, and 20,000 held over for next series. Cross-breds, for all except finest qualities, close at to Id lower tlißn the closing rates of last series, Lambswool has suffered a similar decline during the present series; June 24. Adelaide wheat remains at 47s ex store, and New Zealand do, at 43s to 465, Off coast cargoes of New Zealand wheat are quoted at 43s 6d. Adelaide flour ex warehouse is at 335. Australian tallow is without quotable change.
