London, Feb, 12. The troops stationed in Egjpt will shortly be reduced by six thousand. The rents on Mr Parnell’s estate have been reduced. The manifesto issued by Princ;* Jerome lias been circulated broadcast among the provinces. The Senate favors a compromise. Another man, named Macaffarty, hag been arrested for having taking part in the Phoenix Park murders. It is al eged that he was the fourth passenger in the car driven by Kavanagh. The authorities am in possession of evidence which it is believed will point to the actual assassins. The (lovernment intend to introduce an Affirmation Bill which will assist Mr Brad laugh in obtaining his seat in the House of Commons. Danish Schleswig is incensed at Prussia claiming conscripts.
