Mails close at |the Temuka Post Offic* as follows : For the United Kingdom, via San Francisco, Continent of Europe, Africa, America and the Sandwich Islands, on Saturday, the 2nd inst, at 3 p.m. Money orders, registered letters and newspapers at noon. Late fee letters at the Kailway Travelling Post Office Mail Yan (Northern Express Train) till departure of train. For Timaru and Southern Offices, daily, ap 9.15 a m, 11.50 am, and 7 p m. For Christchurch (only), daily, at 5 pm. For Waitohi Flat, Wednesdays and Satur days, at 3 pi m. For Christchurch, Ashburton, Kan gi tat a Orari, Geraldine, and] Winchester, daily, at 7.15 a m and 3.15 p m. Mails arrive as follows : From Christchurch, Ashburton, Kangitata, Orari, Geraldine and Winchester, daily, at 9.10 a in and 12.20 p m. From Timaru and Southern offices, daily at 7.50 am, 3.40 pi m, and 5.20 p m. From Christchurch (only), daily, at 7.30 pm. From Waitohi Flat, Wednesdays and Saturdays, at 2.30 p m. B. D.
