The following is a continuation of the report of the Exhibition : Under the hading of crochet and knitted work, the following articles are exhibited : Crochet counterpane, toilet cover, pair curtains, knitted and crochet petticoat, child's crochet petticoat, crochet work, footstool, knitted top, knitted word, counterpane, hearth rugs, pair curtains, knitted shawl, colonial wool, knitted mat, pair window curtains, ladies underskirt and corset cover combined, wool crochet, crochet house boots, ladies' collar, pair knitted stockings, ladies' scarf (hand knitted), knitted lace shawl, wool antimacassar (crochet), antimacassar (crochet), piece crochet work. The articles illustrative of lace and macrame work are exhibited as under : Point lace collar, point lace apron, lace d'ojly worked from linon, macrame mantel drape, point lace, lace work, brackets draped with macrame work, table with macrame work, bracket draped with lace, lace baaneret, lace handkerchief, afternoon tea tables draped with colored macrame, macrame work mantel drape (colored), pair brackets draped with macrame work, collar and cuffs, modern Venetian point lace, pillow lace, point lace handkerchief, flounce collar and cuffs, flounce apron trimming and cushion, gipsy table draped with macrame work, lace cuffs and collarette, point lace handkerchief. In the division for wax, worsted paper and feather flowers there are quite a number of exhibitors, and the article s comprise:—Wool flowers in flower pot, wax flowers, group of paper flowers, wool flowers, feather flowers, paper flowers in flower-pot, paper flowers in cone basket, specimen of water lilliee. The water colors and pencil drawings include pain" tings, Oriental tint, water color sketches' illumination, scene in the Highlands' Fisher Girl (after Hobbs, R.A.), water color paintings (groups of flowers), oil paintings Ohinemutu, The Lakes Station, Hurunui, Antique Jugs, Fruit, Lake Wakatipu J (after Cousins), Cut Rose, Group of Flowers, Basket of Flowers, crayons Tiger, and The Challenge, water color paintings, Highland Scenery. Amongst the paintings on silk and satin are the following:—White satin 4 ress » hand painted 5 black satin mantle drape, painted birds and flowers; pair of painted satin hand screens ; banner screen, flower painted on black silk ; d'oyly, hand painted ; black silk wall bracket (yellow tea rose), mantle drapes on black satin and silk ; cushion* ferns painted on satin, and flowers on black satin screen*

Paintings on terracotta are repre. sented by—Terra cotta plaque, Noonday Reverie, original water color painting ; plaque, Lady Clara Vere de Vere, original water color painting j plaque, Marguerite, original water color painting ; plaque, Bric-a-brac, original water color painting; plaque, pen and ink etching ; terracotta vase (passion flower.)
