IN BANKRUPTCY. X MARU AND OAMARO, HOLDEN AT TIMARU. In the matter of the Debtors and Creditors Act 1876, and the several Acts amending the same, and of the bankruptcy of James Curren, a Debtor. It is hereby notified that the above-named James Cubbbn, of Genildine, in the County of Geraldine, New Zealand, labourer, will on the first Court day after the expiration of ten days from the publication hereof, or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard, apply to the District Court at llmaru for an order of discharge.
