Carter — Claim £1 14s 6d on a judgment summons. Defendant was ordered to pay the amount forthwith, or in default one month's -imprisonment. W. Ackroyd v. J. Carter—Claim £4lßs Id, on a judgment summons. Ordered to pay the above amount forthwith or iu default one month's imprison-, ment. The Court then rose.
