It is contemplated importing the verybest machinery procurable, the probable cost of which, inciudin : necessary buildings, will amount to £15,000. 9. An unlimited supply of pure water, free from iron and other deleterious matter. (o.) Cheap and abundant, supply of caw mate rial. . 10.
