COURT FEES.
A judge of a Superior Court (England) recently expressed himself rather ( indignantly at the time of his Court beoccupied upon a case which could have been dealt with in a County Court, and said he would only allow County Court costs. He wa§ informed that one reason for bringing cases to a Superior Court, which properly belonged to a County Court, was that the entrance fee 8 of the Superior Court were lower than those of the County Court.
