In the matter of “ The Debtors and Creditors Aet 1876” and the several Acts amending the same and of a Deed of Arrangement, by Sarah Jane Louis widow and administratrix of the hue Oscar Loiiis late of Ternuka draper (deceased). „ -VTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by a Deed of Arrangement dated the 7th day of March instant and made between the above-named Sarah Jane Louis of the first part Keith Forbes Gray of the second part and the Creditors of the above-named Oscar Louis deceased of the third part executed by the said Sarah Jane Louis and attestnd by a solicitor of the Supreme-Court stating in his attestation the of such execution prevision is for the payment of a i composition to'all the said Creditors by the said Saudi Jane Louis in manner therein mentioned And notice is hereby further gi/en that the said deed has been this dayyfiled in this Court and that a mseting/of the said Creditors for the purpose of/assenting to the same will be held on Wednesday the 30tb day of March instant at my offices at Temuka at 4 p.m. Dated this 14th day of March, 1881.
