to a communication of the 20th ult., forwarding a requisition for certain apparatus, and granting the same. From the same, Hated .February 22nd, intimating that the salaries for the month ended J anuary 31st had been paid to the credit of the Committee. From the same, dated January 28 v th as to payment of £5 for incidentals, and 12s 6d, pupil teacher iustruction fee for two months. From the same, dated January 28th, acknowledging the nomination by the Committee of Messrs Barclay and Howell for seats on the Board ;.also, re the election of the Chairman oil the Committee. From the same, dated February Ist, circular memorandum enclosing names of those who had been nominated to fill the three prospective vacancies in the Board of Education. The Committee recommended for election the names of Messrs Barclay, Howell, and Acton. Tl>e head teacher having stated that certain repairs to the closet doors were necessary, they were ordered to be undertaken. It was resolved that the oven, reported to be very much out of order, be inspected, and either repaired or replaced by a new one.
