London, Dec. 9. News has been received of another serious murderous outrage in Ireland. A bailiff, while executing a decree for the eviction of a tenant from a farm at Cookstown, in the county Tyrone, was set upon by the tenant and a number of his sympathisers, and murdered by them before he could escape. At the wool sales to-day 4140 bales were offered. There was more enquiry, but the demand was principally speculative . Ten thousand bales have been withdrawn from sale since the opening of the auction. Dec. 10. The Irish League has now instituted Courts for the settlement of disputes be.-. tween landlords' and tenants on laud questions. A terrible colliery explosion occurred to-day at Prygreig (sic), which has resulted in the death of over ninetyminers who were in the pits at the time of the explosion.
