Melbourne, Nov. 19. The Union Steamship Company of New Zealand offer LSOO reward for the discovery of the Tararua gold robbery. The steamship Protos, with a cargo of meat, has sailed for England. The Queensland Parliament was prorogued yesterday to January 4th. Sydney, Nov. 20. The general elections for the new Parliament are now proceeding. Nov. 21. In Mr Berry's Keform of the Constitution Bill proposes 3o single electorates, and that members be elected to the Legislative Assembly for six years. There is nothing said in the Bill with regard to the powers of both Houses.
