Mr Grant’s Encore beat Mr J. Oliver’s Nmo Mr McDonald’s Carnation beat Mr CDodge’s Te Whetmnarama Mr M. Grant’s Liffy bent Messrs Reid Bros.’ Toi Toi Mr McDonald’s Aster beat Mr Sherwin’s Mari tan a Mr A. Thompson’s Te Whiti beat Mr Lintott’s Bannockburn . Mr A. Thompson’s Lockwood beat Mr Morton’s Sam Slick Mr McDonald’s Cineraria beat Mr A. Thompson’s Tangi Mr Boyd Thompson’s Shamrock beat Mr Otterson’s Banshee. May 6. The North Otago Coursing Club’s Derby Stakes were continued, and the first ties were concluded to-day.
