There ha been a saving of expenditure to tl extent of L 29,000. Sydney, April 6. The Australian Jockey Club Plat w? 8 run to-day, and resulted as follows Caspian 1, Petra 2, Martindale3. Sevc started. Caspian won by a length Time, 5 min 38.2 sec.
