.Before F. Guinness, Esq., R.M. Wednesday, 4th Feb., 1880. The Court sat at 10 a.m. BREACH OF THE MACE. John Malarcy and Barney Toner, who were chniged with fighting in the public Btveet, were fined 20s and costs. The caso against Thorm« Dauber, charged wiih shooting one Ayiner, with intent, was iemanded till next- Court day, bail being aci opted, himself in LIOO, and one surety in LIOO. Richard "Williams was charged by Timothy Murphy with having used threatening ca'culahd to provoke a breach of the peace. Both pani.'eh' wives gave evidence, and H:h Worship remarked that, from the glibness, all concerned used such disg»sting language kf that used in Co art he was convinced that one party was as had as the oihfr, aLd ordered that they be bound over to keep Ihe pu.'ic e for (J months Jn L2O, Msd one surely each for L2O.
