.Before F. Guinness, Esq., R.M. Wednesday, 4th Feb., 1880. The Court sat at 10 a.m. BREACH OF THE MACE. John Malarcy and Barney Toner, who were chniged with fighting in the public Btveet, were fined 20s and costs. The caso against Thorm« Dauber, charged wiih shooting one Ayiner, with intent, was iemanded till next- Court day, bail being aci opted, himself in LIOO, and one surety in LIOO. Richard "Williams was charged by Timothy Murphy with having used threatening ca'culahd to provoke a breach of the peace.
