(From our own Correspondent.) London, Jan. 31. The latest news from Afghanistan states that Ayoub proposes to march on Cabul Wlien the snow clears. General Roberts bas had but little success in his concilatory efforts. A Jehad has been preached by Fakir Khan General Roberts states that the Afghans will fight to the last. Proofs have been discovered that Ayoub solicited the Cabulese to march on Tarap, but they declined. England has decided that the expense of the Zululand Residents shall be home between Natal and the Transvaal.
