HARBOUR R E P O R T. . -«- Sir John Coode writes to the Govern" ment stating that tho plans, etc., for the Milford Harbor Works would leave Lon don by the mail of August 11. The San Francisco mail is due at Auck land to-day, and we hope in a few days to be in possesion of particulars as to cost, etc. Meantime, it is satisfactory to be able to say our repeated expressions of opinion as to the feasibility of the work is confirmed by the opinion of the ablest marine engineer in the world.
