The ‘ Golos’ says the Treaty with the Ameer has been torn to shreds, and the conquest of the country has become a fatal necessity. It insinuates that the Ameer lias been guilty of complicity. A majority of the Royal Commission to the Melbourne Exhibition are disposed to negative the proposal to take charge of the British Court. At Vienna the Cabul massacre excited intense horror and indignation. The Paris papers declare that England will be compelled to occupy, and perhaps, annex the whole of Afghanistan.
