The witnesses were not only examined in order, but his plain questions, and his readiness in putting them, shows that he had the whole case at his fingers' ends. W Park was charged with the larceny of a saddle, the property of Mr O'Donoghue. Mr Hamersley appeared for the prisoner. The evidence all tended to show there was no cupability on the part of the accused, and his Worship therefore dismissed the case.
