Cliff Protection
Plans for Woolcombe Terrace protection work prepared by Mr. R. F. Mainland, New Plymouth borough engineer, have been submitted to the Public . Works Department for approval. Mr. G. W. Sampson, district engineer, said at New Plymouth yesterday that the department was now investigating the proposals and the plans should be returned to the •borough council by the end of the . month.
