Green-r— Rodgers Sprays of pink camellias decorated St. Jose-h's Church, Hawera, on July 25 for the " marriage of Patricia, youngest daughter of Mrs. Rodgers and the late Mr. E. J. Rodgers, Hawera, to Roy, fourth son of tne late Mr. and Mrs. David Green, Okaiawa. The bride waa escorted by her grandfather, organ music was played by Mrs. W. A. Quin. The bride wore a gown of deep cream embossed satin with slim fitting waist and full circular train, and a- pale gold veil. An engraved cross on a gold chain, the gift of the bridegroom, was worn- She carried a massed bouquet of deep cream freesias and roses, witn maidenhair fern. The bridesmaid, Miss June Goodwin, wore a frock of apricot _ georgette, with square neckline and fitting bodice. billowing skirt and bugle sleeves. Baqds of French insertion and pin tucks 'trimmed the skirt, sleeves and bodice. A shoulder-length veil fell from a coronet of flowers. Her bouquet was of delicate pink blossom and maidenhair. Mr. T. Hickey, Manaia, was groomsman. and Messrs. M. and J. Kissick and R. Rodgers, brother of the bride, were ushers. Mr. Oswald Quin sang "Panis Angelicus." A reception was held at the Carlton tea rooms, where Mrs. Rodgers wore a black ensemble with accessories to match. For travelling the bride wore a two-toned check coat over a grey tailored frock, with matchmg hat and grey accesspries.
