Black Market Steel
Rec. 8.30 p.m. Washington, Aug. 27. At Cleveland a Federal court granted an injunction restraining the Kaiser company. which has a provisional agreement with the Government to build giant Mars transport planes, from dealings in the black market of the steel industry. The Office of Price Administration alleged that the company bought more than 500,0001b. of steel at 5210 dollars above ceiling prices and payed a double railway freight rate for split carload lots.
