Work In Dehydration Of Whey Butter Commended
Appreciation of the work of Massey College in connection with the dehydration of whey butter was expressed yesterday by the chairman of the Taranaki Producers' Freezing Works Company, Mr. L. J. Rundle. Massey College, if it had never done anything else, had justified its existence by that work, he said. All the whey butter since January had been sent from the works, said Mr. Rundle, and he was hopeful that as soon as dehydration was started commercially at Auckland all the whey butter in store (July to December, 1941) would be disposed of.
