Korito Soldier Honoured

A social and dance was lield in the Korito hall in honour of Private Gordon Snell, son of Mr. and Mrs. Thos. Snell. Mr. N. Ross, chairman, on behalf of residenls, presented Private Snell with an inseribed gold-mounted fountain pen. Novelty dances were won by Miss P. Miller and Mr. Knowies. and Mr. H. Rowlands and partner. Mr. Stcwart Gordon gave songs and humorous items. Mr. \V. Ashman waa master of ceremonies. Mrs. A. Orehard, Waitara, is the gucst of Mrs. E. Herbert. | Mrs. M. Mackie is visiting Kaimata.
