Liverpool Miners Idle Because of Damage to Shed

Greymouth, Aug. 27.
Liverpool miners returned home to-day as a result of the refusal of truckers to -work under the clipping shed, where trucks are diverted to the main rope road. The truckers contended that the shed, which was damaged by wind, was in a dangerous state. The management s promise of early repairs was considered inadequate. Watsn*£ers are idle because of dangerous conditions.
