"Reverse Lend-Lease" May Affect Dominion
Rec. 11.30 p.m. New York, Aug. 24. The New York Times .Washington correspondent says Mr. Cordell Hull and Lord Halifax discussed a new series of lend-lease agreements designed to provide more specifically for "reverse aid" which Britain is furnishing American troops in England and Northern Ireland. The Times adds tliat similar conversations already have or soon will be initiated with New Zealand and Aust.ralia.
