Clifford Douglas Keane, who escaped from a warder while being placed in a prison van at the xear of the Supreme Court on August 13 after having been sentenced to five years' imprisonment, pleadcd guilty in the police court to-day to a charge of escaping from lawful custody. He was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence,
