8th Army Ready To Go On Offensive Again
Rec. 7.45 prn. London, Aug. 23. The 8th Army's losses since June^ have been amply made up, says the Times' Cairo correspondent, and it is again possible to contemplate more than the mere defence of Egypt. In considering the striking power of the 8th Army and also the 10th Army guarding the Persian and Iraqi oil fields, it must be remembered that United States assistance is daily coming more and more into the picture. ______
