Tututawa Euchre Party

At a euchre party and dance organised by the Tututawa soldiers' committee card prizewinners were Mrs. T. Alcock and Mr. Q. Reichart. Dance music was played by Mr. A. Graham, Misses B. Ure, A. Harwood and Messrs. Gable. E. Harwood and O. Reichart. A Monte Carlo waltz was won by Mr. and Mrs. R. Ure. Mr. J. Stevenson and Mr. B. Corry were masters of ceremonies. A surprise party visited the home of Mr. and Mrs. Wallace, Tututawa, on the occassion of the 25th anniversary of their marriage. Games, competitions and snging were held. Mr. R. Ure, on behalf of those present, presented Mr. and Mrs. Wallace with a silver cake basket. Miss Alice Stevenson is t'ne guest of Mr. and Mrs. Verry, Waitotara. Mr. and Mrs. G. Carlson, Wellington, who were guests of Mr. and Mrs, M. Jenkin, have returned home. ^ , Miss M. Ure, Turikawa, recently visited her parents.
