Japanese Emperor Rewards His Envoys
London, Aug. 21. The Emperor of Japan has presented a dozen bottles of wine to his envoys, Admiral Nomura and Mr. Saburu Karusu, "in recognitioii of their conduct of Japanese-Ameri-can relations" — the negotiations that ended with the attack on Pearl Harbour.
