Rec. 5.10 p.m. Rugby, Aug. 19. It is estimated that American aircraft production plans are being fulfilled. The figure for May was 2000 and the average for 1942 will be 5000 and for 1943 10.000. Tank production, which is ahead of schedule. was planned to be 6000 a month by the end of the year. Ships are even better. The May production was more ' an 600,000 tons or about 67,000 tons short of the average aimed at for this year.
