A. Vaientine, chairman of the Taranaki Education Board. Mrs. Harrop has had an adventurous journey for it will be remembered that she was a passenger on the Ceramic, which came into collision with a freighter in the south Atlantic. It is the intention of Mrs. Harrop to remain in Australia for a week or two. visiting h»;r husband's sister, before coming on to New Zealand.
