germans in shelters London, Sept. 26. The Associated Press Berlin correspondent states that the R.A.F. 's longesfi raid kept Berliners chilly in shelters most of the night. The raiders stayed oveu industrial suburbs but two waves flew over the centre of the city. There were no bombs and no fires in the central district. The raiders were over the city earlieu than usual and caught many Berliners away from home. They were forced , to scurry to strange shelters, into one oi which 1500 persons were crowded, including a number of Dutchmen who had just reached Berlin.
